Episode 3: DJ Epik
For this Episode we took a trip down to the state capitol of California to visit DJ Epik (Sacramento CA). DJ Epik is a well known producer/dj in the world of hip-hop producing tracks for Mos Def & Mac Dre to name a few. One thing that remains constant is the how he incorporates records as a part of his process. His large record collection and music knowledge is reflected in his weekly twitch streams and his DJ skills can be seen in person every monday at Motown on Mondays Sacramento. His selections are top notch with a couple of sleepers that can be found in $1 bins everywhere.
